Is it healthier to drink water all the time or reduced fat milk all the time?

The milk is also healthy but it is a lot of calories if that is all you ever drink.
If you drank 8 glasses a day, like they say you should of water, that would be 720 extra calories a day that you probably don't need.
on a very hot thirsty day, it could easily end up being 2000 calories extra that you wouldn't get drinking water to quench your thirst.



Well, obviously, the milk has some fat (needed) and some calories that the water does not have. But you need a balance! You need to drink both! Everyone should drink 6-8 glasses of water each day. That is on top of other beverages such as milk. Skim milk or 1% is great to drink!



Ilovewed has it right, you must have some balance. You should drink enough water, but drinking milk is also good for you because it has nutrients that you cannot get from H2O. Milk, it does the body good.



water always. because it has nutrients that no other substance has, and your body craves it. however milk is always a great drink to have throught out the day but always drink more water. milk can only do so much!



water if what you are looking to do is not gain weight or anything but milk has great calcuim with just a little bit of fat (1% or skim milk is best for you)



you have to make it balance both we need, but milk u cant take all the time, u can take once a day morning and water 10 glass per day will be good for health
