How to stop chocolate cravings?!

Question: How to stop chocolate cravings?
I'm 12 I'm always craving chocolate at night after 8 my brain wants chocolate help

Answers:

Chocolate is addictive. Once you get used to consuming it every day, it is difficult to break the habit. The truth is, there is no such thing as "sweet tooth". It's just people who eat sweets regularly and get addicted to them. Here's what you can do:

- Increase you protein consumption (meat, fish, beans, lentils), and decrease your carbs consumption (bread, pasta, rice). Carbs make you want to eat more, and sweeter things.

- Brush your teeth. The craving will disappear.

- Switch to Granola Bars

I also have a chocolate problem. I had to have chocolate every day (not necessarily at night, though). You can totally beat it, though. One of my new year's goals was a month without any treats/desserts. NONE. This is torture for me, because I ate cookies or brownies or something every day. But you know what? I don't want to be unhealthy or fat or become a diabetic before I'm 30. You have the power to change your behavior.
SO, here's what you do. You talk with your mom or sister or bff or whoever you feel comfortable talking to, and you tell them you're going to make a goal of one week without eating ANY chocolate. Tell your friend/family that you expect them to keep an eye on you, ask you about it, and hold you to it. You also need to prove this to yourself, that you have will power. You'll get so much confidence when you know you can do it (even if no one else is looking!). :) After one week, see how you feel. Decide if you want to either keep up the 'no chocolate', or, now that you have gained some self control, decide if you'd rather go to a more normal amount (try to keep it to once a week).
Fill what used to be your 'chocolate time' with something else: a big glass of water, some warm tea before bed, munch on some popcorn or nuts, or pop in a stick of gum to get a sweet craving satisfied. And keep yourself busy- read or call a friend, etc.
Good luck! You can do it! :)

How about allowing yourself one small piece of really good chocolate every night. Only one, though, and savor it. Chocolate is not a bad thing, too much chocolate is.

Eat all the chocolate you want and you will eventually get tired of it.

You can't really stop cravings xD you can only prevent yourself from getting them...says I as I sit here stuffing my face with chocolate T_T ahaha

Jell-O Mousse temptations, they're delicious and low-calorie. Try them.
