Kids your age have a high metabolism which means you process food quickly. Also teens are usually are active so you need that food for energy. But now a days with all this junk food, you can gain weight easily. But be aware it will not happen overnight. It takes months to put on noticeable weight. But once its there, unless you do something it will just keep piling on and before you know it you will be overweight.

I was the same way at your age, a bottomless pit. One day, your metabolism may change, and weight can creep on, but you can stay ahead of it by eating healthier foods, go for fruit rather than chips more often than not. Water rather than soda. There are lots of foods that can keep you feeling satisfied without piling on calories. Exercise, or just running around being a kid not sitting around doing nothing will be one of your best friends. Enjoy being a kid.

You know what... if you are able to eat a lot and not gain weight, you should consider yourself lucky! So eat whatever you like... if anything, maybe stay away from too much fatty foods and sugars.
