Depends how they are done really. Some really good perfectly made hash browns will trash the eggs, but if the hash browns are bland and blah, then good homemade scrambled eggs with a few ingredients is awesome

If they are the orieda hasbrowns (I think those are the ones in the red bag) they are the bomb! Garlic powder, pepper, salt, and you got yo self some delicious food.
Scrambled eggs. Hash browns suck, but I'll still eat them if they are on my plate.
