I add at a ratio of 1:4 so 50 mls of lemon juice to 200 mls of water. It totally depends on how sour the lemon is... I also add a tsp or two of sugar and a pinch of salt. And if I am in the mood for cold, I use 100 ml of water and 100 ml ( about 4 ice cubes) of ice and let the ice melt slightly.... If the lemon is not sour enough for you, you can subsitute it for citric acid...



Hey just add some to the water and taste and see if u want more or not because everyones taste is different so i would get it almost too sour and then add some sugar
