YES! eat as many as possible....
It's all down to balance- if you were to eat nothing BUT Haribo- then you would be heading to an early grave! however if you're eating a large amount of the other key nutrients and making sure the rest of your diet includes carbohydrates, protein, fibre, iron and vitamins etc. you're under no risk from harm! sugar is good for you, just not in HUGE amounts!
If you're diabetic or there's a history of it in your family- disregard that answer- it doesn't apply to you- you're in serious danger!
