high fructose corn syrup in frozen yogurt?!


Question: High fructose corn syrup in frozen yogurt?
so i want to get frozen yogurt and i have two options. Except one place has high fructose corn syrup in the yogurt and the other place does. Ive read that high fructose corn syrup is bad for you so should i go to the other place that doesnt have it in their yogurt?

High fructose isn't necessarily 'bad' it's only bad in excess.
Fructose is the sugar found in fruits.
It's okay in moderation. If this frozen yogurt is a treat, go for the tastier one. If your buying a multipack for every day basis, get the one lower in corn syrup.

Special k cereal is high in the high fructose corn syrup.



I don't know who started this vicious rumor that HFCS is bad. Just like everything else in life think moderation. I would buy the yogurt that tastes best to you and don't worry about the HFCS.
