It's my birthday, but I ate a WHOLE CAKE. ?!?!?!?!

Question: It's my birthday, but I ate a WHOLE CAKE. ?!?!?!?
So this morning I had my usual breakfast(toast, a yogurt, and some pecans) but then i got to school and I basically splurged..I had half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, an apple, 2 peices of chocolate, A WHOLE cake(yellow 2 layer cake, iced with vanilla icing, sprinkles on top), and an apple. then I went home and ate dinner(white chicken diced with water chesnuts and celery cooked in olive oil, then I had some white rice.

IS THIS OKAY? I mean i know its my birthday but...a whole cake?!

Answers:

sweetie this was only 1 day, don't let worrying about it ruin your birthday, you only get it once a year!! just be good tomorrow and you will feel better about it...happy birthday hun hope you had a good day :) xxx

OK... so you binge eat a little. its not a big deal. although the whole cake thing is weird. I wouldn't be able to eat a whole cake even if I hadn't eaten all day. but as long as you eat normal all other times its nothing to freak out about

As long as you don't do it everyday, sure! It's your birthday! Just plan some exercise into your schedule to make up for it. And, of course, a regularly healthy diet, which it sounds like you have.

what the hell? i mean your birthday only comes around once a year! just make up for it tomorrow btw you said apple twice. and im guessing you love peanut butter and jelly? haha.

yeah its fine, its not like you do it every day and besides its your birthday so live it up. and happy birthday

you'll be fine as long as you don't repeat it :)
