lollipop stick design help?!

Ok I'm not really making lollipops, but I do need something like the stick.
okay, they need to be able to hold up a piece of bread, so a circler platform on the bottom would be needed.
okay so heres the tricky part, I want it to be like a popcicle stick, except plastic (non-toxic)
and I want to be able to have custom designs printed into the plastic, that is once again non-toxic.
please help
if you didnt understand that i'll rephrase it,
a plastic popcicle stick, with my custom designs printed into the plastic, a circlar top plastic peice that attaches onto the stick, and is able to hold up a piece of bread.
all at a cheapish cost.
got that?
sounds like a weird idea but I really need your help,
