Healthful foods. Your body doesn't respond as well to manufactured vitamins but in fruits, nuts, vegetable your body naturally wants to absorb all of the goodness in them.
They have fiber and vitamins which are so freakin necessary for your body...
They are full of vitamins and nutrients that your body needs. Like C, the B's, A, K folic acid, zinc, calcium etc...
