Any kind of nuts: almonds, pecans, walnuts, macademia nuts, cashews. (just don't eat too many, they're high in healthy fat but also high in calories.) They taste really good mixed with dried fruit. My favorite combo is walnuts and dried cranberries! :)
Also reach for homemade guacamole, hummus, tuna on wheat crackers, fruit and veggies of course (blueberries, cucumber slices, apples with almond butter).....
Water is the best bevarage, but try some good vanilla almond milk, it's actually really good. Choose 100% fruit juice over juices from concentrate.
well how about getting an air-popper and having a ton of popcorn...with no salt or butter. i know you can get used to it plain, and it is real fun having it everyday. have fun watching t.v. and there is nothing wrong with juice from concentrate...just make sure there is no sugar added.
Edemame! We eat it like popcorn during movies. = )
Avacado...just cut it in half, add a little pepper and eat it with a spoon from the shell.
For drinks...iced tea!
