Question: Describe chips (please read..) easy ten points?
Describe potato chips with as much rich and vivid detail as possible.

Answers:

Potato chips (known as chips in American, Australian, Canadian, Singapore, South African and Indian English as well as most European languages; crisps in British and Irish English; and chippies in New Zealand English) are thin slices of potato that are deep fried. Potato chips are commonly served as an appetizer, side dish, or snack. The basic chips are cooked and salted; additional varieties are manufactured using various flavorings and ingredients including seasonings, herbs, spices, cheeses, and artificial additives. Crisps, however, refer to many different types of snack products in the UK and Ireland, some made from potato, but may also be made from corn, maize and tapioca. An example of these kinds of crisps is Monster Munch. Crisps is also used in North America to refer to baked rather than fried potato such as "baked lays" and pringles.

Potato chips are a predominant part of the snack food market in English-speaking countries and numerous other Western nations. The global potato chip market generated total revenues of US$16.4 billion in 2005. This accounted for 35.5% of the total savory snacks market in that year (US$46.1 billion).

The Potato Chip

A potato is thinly sliced, then deep fried, spices and herbs are added along the way. Then a set weight of potato chips are placed in a brightly colored package and sold to many people, mostly Americans, as an over-priced fattener. They are sold to sooo many people and are chowed down on by many many many people, usually with a soda or other unhealthy snack. And they wonder why obesity is such a problem.

A cold dirty spud is ripped from the ground by a violent machine. He is thrown into a large crate with many other potatoes, there is great panic among them they don't know what is happening! They arrive at a large building where they are put onto a convayer belt like cattle. Then they are moved along untill they are dropped into a vat ofboiling water where their dirt is stripped clean. The spud then half drowned is taken and stripped of his clothing infront of his family and friends. If that is not enough he is then able to witness his final true destiny a large slicer and a culdren of burning oil. The spud accepts his fate and begins to recite a death poem to honer his ancestors. The slice and oil take place. The the remains are lightly salted and packaged in a no salt added bag for fata$$es worldwide!
