if seedless grapes have no seeds, than how come you can buy alot of seedless grapes?!

Because of the genetic mutations that happen while making hybrid grape plants.
Me- 15 years working at a winery.
They are sold seedless so you can buy what ever quantity you wish.
I buy just a part of a bunch.
If you wish, you may find from time to time you can get some that do have seeds.
I feel you are looking to know something else but haven't actually asked what you are driving at, it doesn't make much sense.
You mean why can a fruit with no seeds produce more of itself? Never thought about that. Same with the watermelons too.
