Question: What did you eat today?
List everything you ate today from morning till night. Include all drinks as well.

Answers:

>Eggs, turkey bacon, rye toast, coffee (for breakfast)
peanuts (yeah, that is all I ate all day long!) - Oh yeah, diet coke
Potatoes, ham, green bell peppers, onions, anaheim peppers (dinner)...with a can of diet ginger ale,
Coffee after dinner.



4 teas
popcorn (one of the 100 cal bags)
a slice of cheese with 4 crackers
4 onions (the little mini pickled kind)
1 ltr water (i normally try for 2ltrs though)

I was trying to fast today but got a migraine and back ache and I can't take my muscle relaxant on an empty stomach



Drank a litter of water 1st thing n the morning
ate beans
snack, dried fruit bar
lunch, salad and a banana
Dinner smoothie and a banana.
Then I had 1 dried fruit bar later.

My days pretty much backwards... its like, dinner in the morning, and what should be breakfast in the end. Easier for me.



Morning rush to work, had a cup of coffee with a slice of bread coated with peanut butter and jam. then while at the ticket counter, had a siew mia and a small carton of mango juice. At 2pm, had my break at the cafe, had fried chicken wings, soup, sweet and sour pork ribs, a red bean bun. For dinner most probably just an apple. How about that! Does it sound good! Why do you ask?



For breakfest I had Scrambled eggs, toast and 2 glasses of orange juice

for lunch i had a corn dog and a beer

and i had hot wings witha sprite for dinner and ive been snackin on a pack of crackers all day

Woke up and ate a few chips...Munchos to be exact.
Next I drank water.
Then I went to McDonalds and ate some chicken nuggets.
I drank sprite with that.
A minute ago I ate a few cheetos.
And drank water.

Very unhealthy... :|



Protein shake.
Sourdough bread with marinara sauce and a little cheese, toasted.

Lots of water.
Left over veggie enchilada.
Green tea.

Stir fry veggies with brown rice and a little soy sauce.

Small slice of cheesecake topped with raspberries.

Morning - water
lunch - 2 crackers small handful of crisps
tea - 1 Sausage 1 potato smiley face
then lots more water



I ate two awesome BLT sandwiches. Then 2 bourbons and water. With your favorite mayo, best sandwich ever.



woke up-
ate like 5 biscuits
2 cheese stuff in this packets
and a pepsi max

and now its 4 pm in australia.

we got no food in this bloody house-.-



Breakfast- handful of almonds and blueberry yogurt
Lunch- Soup and crackers
Supper- Hot dog and potato salad



lunch- apple
dinner- salad
snack granola bar

haha i dont get very hungry
