>You are pushing yoruself too hard! Stop doing it! If you want to loose weight rationally, then see a dietician or human nutritionist. There are a lot of dangerous books out there written by people who don't know a thing about it...but they figure they know...did you know Physicians are not required to take a single course in human nutrition? So much for doctors writing diet books! I suggest you contact your land grant college and talk to a human nutritionist at their home economics department for good advice and stop doing the things you know are hurtin you!

No,if you want to lose weight eat 6 small meals per day.Eat every 3 hours on the dot.It rev's up your metabolism and you start burning fat even w/o exercising.Sipping green tea through out the day helps.

Example of small meals - 1/2 cup cottage cheese and an apple or 1/2 turkey sandwich with mustard or fat free mayo and baby carrots. Pasta salad w/ veggies with fat free italian dressing and 4 crackers. Good luck.

you shouldn't use store bought laxatives. they become addicting. try 4 cups warm water with 2tsp sea salt (adjust the salt as you see fit) then drink some water. natural laxative, you won't become dependent. but it comes out as water all day so it's best to only use when you don't have any plans for the day.
But quit binging on sweets. try binging on grapes, blueberries or strawberries. a lot healthier and less cals. plus, they'll keep you regular.. and get the sweets out of your house.

do NOT take laxatives.
if you are craving sweets, eat some fruit or just eat a small amount. and make it later in the afternoon.
but if you stay away from sweets for 1-2 weeks, you really will not crave it anymore. just be strong.

Your problem is the binge eating, no matter which end you force it out of, it's not good for you. Get some counseling. Or, when you crave something to eat, have some fresh vegetables, not sweets.

I agree with Bill & Mollie & would like to add something. You have to be realistic. If you crave sweet things because you've starved yourself of them & fruit isn't doing it for you, include a small piece sweet in your diet. You don't always have to deprive yourself of your favourite food to lose weight, just eat some of your favourites once in a while. The best diet I did was to get a calorie counting book that included products on supermarket shelves. I then allowed myself 2000 calories a day & chose the food in the portions that fitted. Most of what you choose to eat must be nutritious. You can't just have 2000 calories worth of biscuits for instance. You'll be hungry as & break your diet completely. If you satisfy your craving just a little, it may stop you binging if you know you'll be able to have it again soon.
