Your body might have a tough time digesting all the natural sugars in apple and orange juice, or at least how much of them there are. This could be due to a loss of the essential bacterias in your intestines which digest said sugars.

Eating some healthy yogurts and other products that promote healthy bacterias would help in that case.

They are both quite acidic and can feel a bit too raw for an empty or upset stomach. It could be that you are suffering with a bit of excess acid these past two weeks, perhaps because of stress or because of your eating habits.

you might be pregnant, its called morning sickness

otherwise, try an alternative for breakfast: milk, coffee, etc

May be your body has stopped digesting apple juice, because it is quite acidic in nature.
