I seem to remember that pediatricians tell you when a kid has an upset stomach, you should feed them the B.R.A.T. diet (bananas, rice, applesauce and toast). Also, ginger ale that has real ginger in it is calming on the stomach.
You should introduce bland type of foods at first. Start with some saltine crackers, a little ginger ale or cola and maybe have some plain chicken broth (or you can add a little white rice), Toast with no butter is OK, too. Once you have gotten through a few hours without nausea you can add a little something else but nothing spicy or too crazy. Later on you could scramble and egg and try that. Feel better!
Chicken noodle or chicken and rice soup is good. It's easy on the stomach and helps to replace the fluids and electrolytes that you lost. Saltine crackers with the soup would be good too.
You could also try some scrambled eggs and some more toast with a bit of jelly.
A banana would be good too. It will help replace the potassium.
Jello would be good.
Water or slightly flat Ginger ale will help replace the fluids you've lost .
I hope that you feel much better as the day goes on!
If by sick you mean throwing up, I would keep my intake to liquids. Water, diet soda (ginger ale), tea, jello, etc. Even if you throw it up, it will be easier coming back up. and will help keep you hydrated.
Try hot chicken broth.
chicken soupp. or just like those saltine crackers
