Question: BREAKFAST !!!!What do you have for breakfast?
i need some idea's on breakfast coz i just
have like ten minutes and i never bother to cook
it is just the ordinary cereal !!! :)

something simple plz :)

i have the same problem, what i have is croissents with a pot of jam and butter on the side
also theses sre other great options:
curiously cinnomon
lemon curd on toast
peanut butter and jam on toast
weetabix and sugur
bannanah and maple syrup on toast
crumpits with sweet stuff(ie jam or lemon curd) or patte

Fried egg over whole wheat toast and turkey bacon. I sometimes make breakfast the night before and just reheat it in the morning, I saute cubed potatoes, bell pepper and onions in some oil, season it with seasoned salt while it's cooking. In the morning, I reheat the potatoes while frying an egg and serve the egg over the potatoes.



cereal/muslie with milk or yoghurt and a fruit!! easy peasy but soo nice!! - taking like muslie with yoghurt and a banana and some raisins - very nice!!
porridge/oatmeal with milk, honey/jam and a banana!! lots of energy and fills you up!
toast with cheese/nutella/jam/peanut butter/butter etc etc.... nice!! (i like cheese melts(cheese toasties) and a hot chocolate!)

my favourite breakfasts though are - fruit salad with dried fruit and yohurt (takes time to make though!)
or a simple bowl of yoghurt (natural or vanilla) with honey and cut up a banana into it!! simple to make but really tasty and filling!
or a smoothie, using ice cream or yoghurt, and maybe milk!!

then of course, if you do have time, theree are breakfasts like pancakes,waffles, cooked breakfast like eggs, beans, bacon...
but you can easily cook an egg and have a piece of toast!!



i have porridge :-D if you put about 50g oats per person into a saucepan the night before, and add 150-200ml water (or milk, or even apple juice or orange juice, depending on taste... my fave is coconut milk :-D) per 50g of oats, then cover it... all you have to do in the morn, is come down, switch the hob on, stir it for 3-4 mins while heating, maybe chuck in some fruit (can be dried if low on time... raisins are espesh yummy :-D) and serve. can always chuck honey or golden syrup on too!

its good for you, i have it every day, and tastes gorgeous :-D



my favorite is eggs!!

i usually just eat the egg whites becuase its full of protein, and it taste good:)
also if u want u can put oatmeal mixed in with the eggs, then it turns into a pancake, and u can put walnut butter, or some yogurt!!

bagels are also good, and waffles and pancakes.



get up 15 mins earlier or just try a cup of tea or coffee.
i cant eat bf when i get up, i have it later so i have more time :)

get up 5 am, work 6am, break 830am...



cinnamon toast, make toast butter it, sprinkel on cinnamon and sugar, you don't have time for much else other than a pop tart



I usually have porridge with honey and raisins.

Sometimes I'll sprinkle on a few seeds, too (eg. pumpkin seeds.) or maybe a few dried cranberries etc.

Cinnamon is nice in porridge, too :)



Porridge,4 minutes in the Microwave Oven



An apple, a cup of yogurt with raisins & some nuts, and 2 slices of peanut butter toasts.



most of the time I have toast with margarine spread on its top. or maybe biscuits like rmcvities or energy bar can be an option too.



I eat one fried egg, slice of wheat toast with pb and a glass of oj and/or a glass of milk



i have microwve porridge with chopped banana on it and sugar



yogurt and toast
