1 cup of fat free skim milk.
1 boiled egg.
Lunch:
1 large handfull of almonds.
1 apple
1 quaker oats 100 calorie chocolate chip granola bar
Snack:
1 pack of skittles.
3 small cookies.
1 piece of bread.
Dinner:
1 cup of baby carrots
2 sticks of Celery with fat free ranch dressing
