Breakfast:
1 medium sized bowl of special K blueberry flavored cereal.
1 cup of fat free skim milk.
1 boiled egg.

Lunch:
1 large handfull of almonds.
1 apple
1 quaker oats 100 calorie chocolate chip granola bar

Snack:
1 pack of skittles.
3 small cookies.
1 piece of bread.

Dinner:
1 cup of baby carrots
2 sticks of Celery with fat free ranch dressing


how many calories roughlyyY? PLEASE HELP.

Breakfast:
1 medium sized bowl of special K blueberry flavored cereal with milk = 200
1 boiled egg= 70

Lunch:
1 large handfull of almonds = 160
1 apple = 70
1 quaker oats 100 calorie chocolate chip granola bar= 100

Snack:
1 pack of skittles. = 200
3 small cookies. = 180
1 piece of bread. = 70

Dinner:
1 cup of baby carrots = 30
2 sticks of Celery with fat free ranch dressing = 15


1,095 calories
