How long does yellow squash stay good?!

Question: How long does yellow squash stay good?
I bought yellow squash 2 weeks ago. It's not moldy or smelly or squishy. Can I still slice it up and cook it? Or should I toss?

Answers:

yes you can.

if it doesnt have any mold, or soft spots, I'm sure its fine, cut it open and see what the inside looks like... think of how long a pumpkin lasts in cooler temps. when it starts to turn, it gets soft spots... I say your good!!!

Cut it open and smell, then check for microbial growth.
