quick ideas for breakfast?!

Question: Quick ideas for breakfast?
don't have much time in the money but need to eat something before exams

Answers:

Toast, fruit, cold breakfast cereal, instant oatmeal, bagel, granola bar, muffins, croissants, a shake or smoothie, crumpets, a prepared fruit salad, yoghurt - yoghurt and granola, pop tarts, pancakes, scrambled egg or boiled egg

Scrambled eggs. You can even do them in the microwave. Take two eggs, add a splash of water, milk or cream, beat a bit with a fork, cover, and microwave for 1 to 3 minutes. (Check on them, stir, and cook some more if they need it.) Remove from microwave, add seasonings, let cool a bit, eat.

The most important thing about microwaving eggs is to make sure they are in a COVERED dish.

You can also just make them the traditional way.

Don't forget to have something to drink, too.

How about a YoCrunch? They're an excellent source of carbohydrates and vitamins to keep you focused during exams and come in convenient, single-serving packaging to grab-on-the-go.

So, what's your flavor? Cookies'n'Cream yogurt with Oreo crumbles? Cheesecake yogurt with graham cookies? Strawberry yogurt with Nestle Crunch? Check out all the flavors at http://www.yocrunch.com/products.html !

Try a Smoothie especially if you make your own with a banana, yogurt, orange juice and any other fruit you have in. Just blitz it in a liquidiser. It's quick drink and quick to digest and will give you a good energy boost for those exams - Good luck with them by the way.

Banana on toast - or any kinda toast!
Also, a pint of water, down it before you leave the house - it will awaken you and set you up for the day

Enjoy!

when i buy a dozen eggs, i always hard boil 6 of them to have for on-the-go breakfasts. a hard boiled egg and a slice or two of bacon or ham is good. lots of protein, not too many calories.
