You should try different dry foods and pay attention to the ingredients. He may be allergic to one of them. My boxer mix is allergic to corn.
You should also consider taking him to the vet. There may be an undlaying problem...my friends dog would throw up for unexplained reasons, and after she passed, the vet finally discovered a stomach tumor.
There are various reasons, such as contamination, eating too quickly (my dog does, and has a special bowl to slow him down; he still throws up sometimes), etc. No one online can diagnose your dogs condition, so I recommend taking him to the vet and checking to see if the formula you're feeding has been recalled.
Go to the vet first to make sure there is not a medical problem.
