Fat from foods question?!

Question: Fat from foods question?
I put something like popcorn chicken or something i can microwave on a paper towel and heated it. Once it was done I squeezed the chicken with the paper towel and the juice came out... but it appeared yellow on the paper towel. Is that fat?

Answers:

Yes it's pretty much fatty grease, that's why people often blot their pizza with a napkin to absorb some of the fatty grease. The Simpsons made a joke that my family and I still say- when the grease totally soaks a paper towel and you can practically see through it it's called the "window to weight gain"

well i cant be sure since you say "like popcorn chicken or something" but if its yellow i would think maybe its butter

guessing it's either fat, grease or some type of juice
