Question: I eat when I'm bored.?
I'm really young, so I don't have a car or anything, and it's the middle of winter, so I cant bike or walk. There's nothing to do-- I have restricted internet access, i lost my iPod, and I've filled every sketch book I own. I only take baths/showers when I have to, and definitely not when I'm bored (my hair takes a long time to straighten and fix up). I've read every book worth reading at least three times and my room is sooooo boring. So, I eat. I just have small snacks, but they're pretty unhealthy. I'm not overweight at all, but i'm scared i'm heading in that direction. Please help.

I hate using text talk but OMG ,you are just like me, including the limited internet access and the books and the sketching and the boring room and everything.
Just look for healthier snacks before you resort to unhealthy ones. You'd be surprised that some healthy foods actually taste good, but we all have our opinions so I can't tell you what they might be, I'm afraid.
Maybe because you are feeling so restless you could try making cooking a sort of hobby, and instead of hanging in your boring room do some cooking so you know exactly what you're eating.
Overall, I wouldn't worry about it :)



you should worry while you are slim, taking weight doesnt need a lot to trigger the system to get overweight.if you dont want to join the clan of obese then you continue your habit otherwise you should stop, that's like smoking once addiction got on the way regrets would be too late to think



You have a bad attitude, are very negative on anything, I want to change your behavior, you must first change your attitude towards life, go out there and make some more friends that look on a variety of things, take part in activities, and more friends and exchange, so you have the great advantage



i know how you feel darl!
that is why you need to spent less time indoors as possible and relax, enjoy your time with your friends because than you're appetite want be noticeable and you won't be binge eating :)

this is the worst thing you can do, do not get used to eating coz your bored!.. eventually you will see change in your weight and your going to regret this. trust me, stop while you can.



Story or my life. What I do is just try to stick to liquids.
Like tea, coffee, juice, although they can have a lot of
sugar it's better. Also cutting up a buch of veggies is good.



you're not alone. you can always workout at home.
