What do you eat on average?!

Question: What do you eat on average?
I'm doing a study and I need 10 opinions (I don't mind getting a few extra :P ).

So... I'm interested in what you eat daily and in what you think the average person eats daily.

First of all, tell me what foods and how much of that foods you eat daily. Second, how much water/juice/beer/etc you drink daily. If for whatever reason you don't want to tell me what you eat daily, tell me what your friend eats (but mention that).

Second, tell me what do you think an average person eats/drinks on an average day.

Remember: on AN AVERAGE DAY!

i eat on average

breakfast - fruit salad (like apples, pears, oranges, banana, raisins etc) and then some vanilla yoghurt and maybe a dirzzle of honey, and maybe a cup of tea with a bit of alpro soya and honey.
or a fruit smoothie with yoghurt and maybe milk. and then i might take like an apple or banana on the side aswell.

then i wouldnt eat anything until lunch, which would then be maybe... a bit of protein, a bit of carbs and some salad.

then i might have a fruit or a granola bar or something like a snack.

dinner would be the same as lunch (like protein, carbs and veg), sometimes its jsut like two pieces of toast or a bowl of cereal or something.

i might have another fruit later on, or lke tea and maybe like a muslie bar or soemthing.

for liunch and dinner i would drink water, and have another few glasses during hte day.
