vitatops muffins.... I'm skeptical.?!


Question: Vitatops muffins.... I'm skeptical.?
So I've decided to snack healthier and my mother suggested these muffin tops we have in the freezer, vitatops. Looking at the nutrition facts it seems like it's not that bad for you. However I'm skeptical of eating any junk food whatsoever but my mom, having dieted before, told me I'm more likely to cheat if I don't give myself a good treat once in a while.
My overall diet is actually pretty good but snacks and drinks kill me xD So are vitatops a good option? How often would it be okay to indulge in vitatops(if at all)?

Answers:

VitaTops are definitely not junk food. They have lots of fiber, some protein and vitamins and minerals. A lot of people I know will have one for breakfast and it keeps them full until about lunch. If you're trying to keep your carbs down, perhaps only a few times a week. But, if it is in place of a dessert or other snack, you can't beat 100 calories!



Yeah go ahead and eat one every once in a while (not too long)
Don't make yourself suffer, jeez
you dieting people are crazy when it comes to nutritional information.
