Do I have to refrigerate Dragon Fruit, and if not for how long can I leave it outside?!

It depends on when you are going to use it. If you are saving it, it is best to leave it in the fridge as it becomes cool and it tastes better. If it isn't ripe, just leave it in a fruit bowl.
With all cut/used fruit, yes you have to refrigerate it. A couple hours, but no more.
store it in your armpit... should be good for a few decades
