Question: Is it true that eating a scoop of vanilla ice cream after a meal makes you less full?
Someone told me that if you eat a scoop of vanilla ice cream after a meal you will feel less full. Is that true?

It doesn't necessarily make you feel less " full", what it does is help speed up the digestion of your meal thus it gives the impression of feeling less full. Your body doesn't feel "full" until 30 Min's after your meal. That's because that is how long it takes your brain to get the signal from your stomach that it has had enough food for the moment.



I went on a vanilla bean slow churned ice cream diet and also ate vegies and lots of pickles and I lost weight! crazy

yummy & yes that is true I would only do 1/2 a cup a night if you want it daily and 3 hours before bedtime!
