You should by fiber one products, they have: Yogurt, Cereal, Cottage Cheese, Bars, Muffin mix, Pancake mix, and more!
most fruit and veg have some fiber in them. beans are great for increasing your fiber.
whole grains are going to give you the most fiber, though. whole grain bread, oats, barley, whole grain hot cereal, some cold cereals, kashi brand stuff... these are all good choices.
