Frappuccino is coffee blended with ice and flavorings - kind of like a coffee slushie
Latte is espresso mixed with plenty of steamed milk
Cappuccino is like a latte - espresso, steamed milk - but the espresso/milk ratio is even instead of more milk - then topped with the foam from the steamed milk.

frappucino is a drink made up by starbucks that is a blended coffee and milk drink with ice.
a cappucino is 1/3 milk 1/3 coffee and 1/3 froth/steamed milk, and a latte is half and half
as far as the 7-11 thing. I have no idea. they don't have those where I live. But they are probably using a syrup based cheapo thing that doesn't taste strongly of coffee. You should probably spring for a frappucino if you are looking for something that is sweet, but they aren't hot.
the next option I would suggest to you is the flavored latte. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I find the starbucks flavored lattes are sweet enough for me. That might be closest thing, and I'm not sure if they have a french vanilla flavor at starbucks, but its a popular flavor so I don't see why they wouldn't. you can look on their website for a list of products. I just get the seasonal ones.
