What are your favorite healthy foods?!

Question: What are your favorite healthy foods?
I am making a grocery list and here are some of the things I have so far: Pita bread, hummus, cottage cheese, Falafels, popped chips, tofu, tempeh. I want to expand my foods a little, any foods that you suggest?

(I am a vegetarian.)

Fruit.

Hemp Seeds, Green Tea (Good Quality), Olive Oil (Excellent Quality), Goat Cheese, Olives, Grains (Couscous, Quinoa, Brown Rice, Barely, Buckwheat), all kinds of local organic vegetables.

For extra healing and medicinal foods, try Japanese Umebochi plums

Some from Macrobiotic, some mediterranean and some hemp.

I LOVE sandwiches which have steemed meet with the cheese just melted so right, with mustard grilled onions & peppers, and pickles on toasted rye. With a side of carrot sticks and a yogurt. All for about 500 calories. I guess you could substitute the meet with some kind of fake meat though

I love baking bread so I try to bake healthy stuff like whole wheat bread.
