Question: I purchased black vans to operate candy stores out of. What type of attire should my employees use?

I am new to this business, but have been in the New York area for months. We are working on getting black vans all around the state. Our drivers are required to have beards as part of there uniform. Any thoughts on other attire that should be mandatory?
