Where I can buy a bag (ideally a gift bag) of red jelly babies?!

Either a confectionery or bulk food store - someone who buys by the case full and sells in small quantities. Other than trying to locate a manufacturer, I can't think of any alternative. As to the "gift bag," just make your own.
Im not sure if there is one in your area, but in my area, there was a little shop called hallmark and they sold cards and gifts and for some reason they sold jelly bellies to that were red, blue and green i think. But its been a little bit since ive been there so they may not sell them anymore.
