Question: Fresh bacon that is sliced?
I have several pounds of fresh uncured bacon. I wanted it in a slab so i could cure it myself, but the slaughterhouse sliced it. What can I do with it?

Use it to season a pot of pinto beans.
Use it to season a pot of purple hull peas.

wrap it around scallops or make blts
