Is there any difference in terms of nutrients with a smoothie fruit and a regular fruit? For example, is there a health difference between eating a banana raw and eating it in a smoothie?

Fresh fruit in a smoothie is identical to the fruit, unless it's one of those premade ones that's been sitting around in a refrigerator section. They lose nutrients quickly.
