yes eat you are going to be Smart and it have omega 3

There are certain areas of the ocean which are more polluted than others, so it would be worth investigating where the fish you eat is sourced. Tuna is supposed to be the worst for mercury according to newspapers, and pregnant women are advised against eating too much tuna for this reason.

If you are a man 3-4 portions a week

for women no more than 2 portions a week,

That is based on oily fish like mackrel and especially salmon(wild or farmed)

Other white fish, like cod, haddock, etc, pose no problems as such.

and just to be clear a portion is about the size of your fist

Not unless your cambodian, japanese, or thaiwaneese LMAO!
just kidding, it's got a lot of protein :) and it wouldn't hurt u to have some chicken every once in a while (:

Defiantly a lot of people eat fish to go on a diet because it lowers cholesterol. Some diets are just purely fish. But personally I don't recommend eating purely fish.Maybe eat it once every two days?

Only eat wild fish not farm raised and you will be ok. Farm raised fish are fed like crap
