will i get food poison?!
made minced meat with the standard procedure however, i did not defrost it and cooked it from frozen. i did cook it for an extra 10 mins though

If the meat is brown, you're definitely fine. And really, it's not that easy to get food poisoning. People are too worried about that.
isn't minced meat just raisins and stuff? i dont think you would get food poison from that, but i know some people put meat in it, so if you did, just cook it like you would any other kind of meat, the more you cook it the less likely it is to get food poisoning... ^.^
No you shouldnt get food poisoning as long as it was piping hot and cooked all the way through
