It does not taste like shrimp or crab. It is mild & sweet. Most people dip it into melted butter but I think that ruins the taste. Personally, I like a little bit of lemon juice spritz onto it, yummm.

No, lobster is different than crab or shrimp. It has its own unique taste, which can only be described as delicious.
