Are hamburgers healthy?!

Question: Are hamburgers healthy?
I mean like in general can they be good for you? I'm looking for a little more than a yes or no answer. Doing a speech on them and I can't find any good sources. Nutrition information would be nice too! Thanks!!

Answers:

Sure a hamburger can be good for you. They have complete protein in meat, veggies in lettuce and tomatoes, fats in mayo and carbs in the bun. They tend to be high in fat. So you don't want to eat several a day. And they come in a variety of sizes. You can get real monsters that contain 1,000 calories. But most burger chains also offer smaller sizes that will fit most anyone's diet. I don't eat them much and when I do I usually get the "jr" size.

Search the burger sites for nutrition information on their burgers. All the major chains have an internet presence these days. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, Carls' Jr, etc.

Man what kinda whack question is that? I eat a burger everyday. I'm so healthy people at 24 hour fitness think I own the place. I can tell by the way they look at me with those bug eyes and move out my way when I come through. Yea I may be 378 lbs but I be healthy as sh*t. I be puttin lettuce tomatoes onions all kinds of veggies on the b*tch. I always have some potatos on the side too, fry em up and what not people call em fries but I call em the sh*t. With all those veggies and proteins and stuff how can you not be healthy?

I really love burgers, but I'm only 200 lbs

A Hamburger will provide protein value. The challenge is quantity - 4oz of is an adequate serving size. Some people tend to consume much much more which may become a deteriment in the amount of solid fat ingested..
