True or False? if false tell me whats right!?!

Question: True or False? if false tell me whats right!?
Actions are as important in building trust as the conversation can be.

When correcting employee behavior its best to wait for several days after the incident happened.

Answers:

False, it is usually best to correct the behaviour as soon as possible after it happens. The longer you wait, the more ingrained the behavior will be. They will get the mentality that "Well i got away with it before, why cant i get away with it now. And remember, praise in public, punish in private.

Fire them first, then wait for several days after the incident happened... just for laughs. Then tell them not to do it again. Instant behavior correction. False. Just as important as Instant gratification is, so is immediate correction. Don't let them think they've gotten away with anything, or it could cost the company so much money. Don't wait.

FALSE!! You do ASAP.

The employee will know exactly what he is being corrected for doing. It is still fresh in his mind. It is a teaching moment, so you use the opportunity to show a better way.
