People need lots of calcium and vitamin D and phosphorous to build strong bones. Drinking milk can help people meet these requirements. Show me a scientific study that says otherwise.

You need calcium for good bone health and milk is one way to get it, but far from the only way. Also important for 'strong bones' is exercise. It's the combination of the stress of exercise and the rebuilding that actually 'builds' the bones. You need both the right amount of exercise and nutrition.
