How is a Vlasic pickle 0 calories?!
I LOVE them..but you have to be eating SOMETHING right? So how are they only 0..?

The calories it takes to digest them is more than what is available in the pickle. They just round it all to zero.
Cucumbers are low in calories. The Brining process likely steals some of those calories and therefore you get what is considered a "Free Food" seeing as it is very low in caloric value.
a cucumber is listed as having 19 calorie so why would a pickle( a cucumber that has been brined) have many more?
