Question: When you sign up for a Starbucks Rewards account, do they give you a star for every purchase or item bought?

I have a Starbucks Rewards account and I want to know, say, if you bought a coffee, a sandwich, and a scone, if you would get one star for starbucks awards for the purchase or three stars for each item purchased.

yep you get stars most of the ones you see in the sky are mine thanks to starbux
