where can i buy SOYMAGE cheddar cheese substitute?!


Question: Where can i buy SOYMAGE cheddar cheese substitute?
my 2 year old son recently became allergic to the milk protein. (he is not allergic to lactose and actually cant hav lactaid because it contains milk). he has to have alot of soy or tofu products and i found a great macaroni and cheese recipe! (mac n cheese is his fave). but it called for soymage cheddar cheese substitute and said it was important to use that kind but i have no idea where to get it. has anyone heard of this? and where i can find it? also, if you have some great dairy free recipes, feel free to share.
