I don't think so.

There's a place called Pariss International Seafood Buffet at Marina Square. Weekday lunch is at SGD29.80. The nice thing about it is that you could pay in advance via PAYPAL or credit card. :) There's a website and a facebook page so you could check the menu and promos. Seafood!!!
