Stop keeping it in your house. Just don't buy it. You'll crave it, be so tempted to go buy it. And you may, occasionally, give in. But you need to stop supplying yourself with the stuff.
I was addicted to chocolate spread, cookies and coke. That's all I would eat or drink. So I stopped buying all three. I went slightly crazy, and felt like I needed some chocolate spread.
But instead, I would drink a glass of smoothie or force myself to eat a banana. Eventually, my body stopped craving it. I still have all three on occasions, but I make it a point not to buy it all the time.

Good luck! :)

When I was a kid I had a thing for bubble gum, in later years chewed a lot of gum and then ate it. Now I'm into junk food. I can't help but think habits start early in life. I'm not so sure it was a bad habit in that when I was a child and hungry my mother would give me sugar water. So I still have the craving just to be chewing, just so my jaws are moving. I've come to the conslusion that body parts were made for a reason and our bodies complain when they are under used. I'm thinking my jaw was meant to chew and it wants to chew. Perhaps you and I need to just exercise our jaws and chew sugarless gum.

Craving a particular food is a totally different thing though. There's something lacking in your diet so you're substituting with food that could make you heavy. But there are foods out there with little or no calories in them you could substitute with. People crave. They get addicted to alcohol, drugs, smoking, eating, but also get addicted to things like gambling, so a craving isn't always food based, it could be emotionally based. If you run into a problem later in life with craving you might want to see a behavioral therapist/psychologist who could help you work your way out of craving or addiction.

Okay well first of all, it's alright to eat a hamburger or fries or something from time to time. You shouldn't feel like you should stop yourself from eating something.
But, if you are getting worried because you think you are eating wayyy too much junk food, you should probably stop buying those things for maybe two weeks and get yourself used to eating healthier things like salad, soup, etc. There are several ways with which you can make a salad taste good, e.g. adding a salad dressing or eating a hot dog with lettuce and tomatoes. If you're about to eat chocolate biscuits or a butter cookie, try having a fruit as well to sort of 'compromise'. Hope it works out :)

Get rid of it. there are healthier things that you can buy that have chocolate in it. there are some cereals with chocolate in it, and granola bars and all that stuff have it too. Like one of the others said it's okay to give in sometimes and it's okay to have a cheese burger and fries here and there, but just don't over do it. So try to substitute the junk food with something healthier but just as satisfying.

dont buy it, if you dont have it in the house you wont eat it. when you think about eating it go and have a drink or eat something healthier dont take any money when you know you might buy some after school or something

Yeah, I was just like that until recently. For breakfast i'd eat a bowl of icecream or a slice of bavarian. For lunch i'd eat lots of bread and chocolate. For dinner usually something fried. And then i'd eat icecream again later and all i'd drink was coke. I was pretty crazy. A severe case, i'd say. So one day after eating a bag of chocolates, I said to myself: I am not eating any of this crap anymore. So I told my dad. I told him I never wanted to eat junk food again and I made a list of all the fruits and vegetables I wanted. I picked some obvious ones like apples, but I also went out of my way to find the craziest fruits i'd never tried before. It was really really fun and I really enjoyed eating new fruits. When you first eat a fruit, you feel good about yourself. You feel healthy. And that makes you want to drink a glass of water. You feel good again. So you drink another. You feel even better. And later on, you eat another fruit and you just feel so good and so healthy. I started to feel the health benefits straight away. And I also felt good about myself because of all the vitamins and nutrients I was now getting. And so the next day I was eager to eat more healthy food. And the day after that, and the day after that, etc. It just feels good when you eat healthy foods. The key is to mix it up. Don't just eat grapes every day. Eat all kinds of foods. Get lots of different fruits and vegetables and even maybe try some wholegrain bread for fibre. Seafood is also really good. I look at chocolates and coke now and I just feel like... I don't want that. I'd rather eat a grapefruit. Sounds crazy, but it's true. Eating healthily is very rewarding and the sooner you start, the better. Get rid of all the junk food and start fresh with the old classic fruits/vegs/etc. and a lot of new things you've never tried before. It's fun and you just feel better. Your body feels better and your brain functions better. I love it.
