They are VERY salty and fishy. You either love em or hate em! I like them, but a lot of people don't. So give it a try and see if you like it!
FYI they often lose their fishiness in a lot of dishes like pasta, but not usually on pizza :)
Fishy and salty, you only need a little almost as a dressing for whatever its on. They are also great on egg mayonnaise.
No one can describe a taste, Just go buy some and taste them yourself.
