Protein!! get some scrambled egg on toast or egg n soldiers pronto! very good for your liver. You're also lacking minerals as you've been driving the porcelain truck... some dioralyte or other mineral-replacement drink will re-balance your electrolyte and salt levels you'll feel better soon.

Coconut water is really popular nowadays for hangovers b/c it has such high natural electrolyte content and is very hydrating. Much healthier than gatorade as well. Try it out. There is a brand called "VITA" or something, but any kind would be good.

Don't know, but I do remember a fellow student saying that before you go out on a bender you should eat a chocolate mousse, because it's easy to throw up.

Nothing greasy...I know it's weird but I like sliced raw cucumbers, or carrots...maybe--MAYBE--a few bites of bread...somethign salty, not sweet.
Ask any pregnant woman what she does for morning sickness...very similar!

My life.

If your stomach is still feeling a bit off I would suggest get some orange lucozade or some other sports drink and then tackle something like a sandwich if you feel up to it, the more carbs the better! :)

I always found some soup and toast works, generally a thin chicken noodle. I couldn't face stronger tasting one like Tomato.

Been there - Done that......Often

start off with drinking gatorade. you are dehydrated, and need to put some fluids back into your system before you eat.

dry toast, tea, clear broth, soda crackers.

Dry toast, rice cakes , crackers anything dry like these. I wish you better!
