Depends on your body type and your activeness during the day. If your large and flabby and isn't doing much, eat something with less carbs like carrots, or a good hearty soup with beef, and veggies. But if you are fast passing, very thin and is running around, it stuff that is high in carbs like some pasta, apples, and bacon, cause everything is good with bacon! Unless you don't eat meat, then stick with soy products and nuts.
Sandwich and some fruit... Oh!! and a gatoraide:DD
