Better yet talk to your doctor about your concerns and he or she could probably give you a diet to follow. Of course, no diet is complete without exercise. Sometimes just eating more healthful foods in smaller portions will help one lose a considerable amount of weight.
I was diagnosed with an eating disorder in 1994, unfortunately my particular eating disorder seems do get regonition as one. I am a compulsive over eater.
dont starve yourself thats only gonna lead to serious problems, if you want to loose way go and run or do exercise dont make a problem a bigger problem and starving yourself isn't the solution
